1 Acceptance of Terms

9 Intellectual Property

In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not permitted, pub 203's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11 Termination

pub 203 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.

Upon termination of your account, any real-money balance remaining after the deduction of any bonus funds subject to forfeiture will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may close your pub 203 account at any time by contacting the support team. Closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any eligible balance will be returned to you following the standard withdrawal process.

12 Governing Law
